At Aventra Foods India, we are committed to providing fresh, hygienically prepared, and high-quality food products. As many of our products are perishable, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining food safety standards.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before preparation or processing begins.

  • Once your order has entered the preparation stage, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.

  • If your order has already been dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

  • The product is missing from your order.

  • Your order cannot be delivered due to an error on our part.

  • Your payment is successfully completed, but your order cannot be fulfilled.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as personal taste preferences, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or failure to consume or store the product according to the provided instructions.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Failure to report issues within the specified time may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive your request, we will review the details and may contact you for additional information.

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Replacement Policy

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability and service area.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Fresh-cut vegetables after successful delivery

  • Salads after successful delivery

  • Smoothies after successful delivery

  • Healthy bites after successful delivery

  • Spices after successful delivery (unless received damaged or incorrect)

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored

  • Orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, traffic, natural disasters, government restrictions, or actions of third-party delivery partners, refunds may not be applicable.

If delivery cannot be completed because of an error by Aventra Foods India, we will provide an appropriate refund or replacement.
